SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH (SOCH)
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2023/2024 ADMISSION INTO THE SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH (SOCH)
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Community Health (SOCH), UDUTH, Sokoto.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
The following categories of Candidates are eligible for admission:
  1. Holders of Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW).
  2. Holders of Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) with (BSc) in Community Health or Health related course will be admitted into CHO 1 year.
  3. Candidates with above certificates must possess five (5) O' level credits passes in English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics In WASCE, NECO, NABTEB, SSCE or GCE O-Levels at not more than two (2) sittings. Also candidates MUST possess valid license to practice with Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
  1. The form is obtainable after generating remita (RRR) and payment of the sum of five thousand Naira N5,000 only for (CHO 2 year programme) and ten thousand N10,000 only for (CHO 1 year programme).
  2. The payment would be made into School of Community Health account via Remita (by selecting UDUTH School of Community Health from Service Type drop-down menu).
  3. The Remita would be submitted to UDUTH Accountant for verification and receipt collection.
  4. The original copy of the payment receipt should be presented to the Principal School of Community Health where the login details of PIN and SERIAL NUMBER will be issued for online completion of admission form.
  5. Upon completion of application, print a copy of print-out page.
  6. The portal will be opened on 1st February, 2023 and closes on 31st July, 2023.
  7. Eligible candidates would be invited for entrance examination and oral interview on August, 2023 at the School premises.
